internationally known author, scientist and natural health lecturer Udo Erasmus
will join Beverly Meyer, host of “Primal Diet – Modern Health” radio program on
Voice America Health Channel (http://www.voiceamerica.com/Channel/248), Wednesday October
10th, 2012 at 9 AM Pacific time.
Dr. Udo Erasmus, PhD Nutrition, is a well-known authority on the role of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fats in health and disease. His discoveries in the 1980’s led to an international best-selling supplement called Udo’s Oil, and a best-selling book entitled “Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill”. Studying the health effects of flax oil, not well-known at the time, Erasmus created a huge and growing global market for anti-inflammatory oils from flax and other seeds.
Dr. Erasmus was accidentally poisoned with pesticides as a young man, and could find no cure in conventional medicine. Turning to nutrition for answers, he studied the works of Dr. Johanna Budwig on essential fatty acids.
